  2. So what, can this do to improve that environment?
  3. Now what, will you do to share this with others and lead change?


We’ve talked about the foundations for conscious leadership for equity, how to lead self and others through the change process, and now healing and reconciliation. Healing and Reconciliation are essential for creating and sustaining long-term equity change.
