Over the course of the Conscious People for Equity™ course, you will learn how to use conscious leadership as a tool for advancing equity and justice at work, at home, and in your community. The course centers on the Ewe concept of Edzi, the symbol for love and courage. We hope everyone who takes this course develops an additional dose of love and courage to exercise conscious leadership for equity! 

Using the conscious leadership for equity™ framework, the Conscious People for Equity™ course provides on-demand and lifelong learning at the click of mouse for any human desiring to lead for equity. By raising individual knowledge, awareness and skills, our self-paced online learning program teaches equity activations for every circumstance - at work, home, or within your community.

The conscious leadership for equity™ framework has influenced inner healing, reclamation of power, and organizational change across business, government, and education, including but not limited to criminal justice reform, government boards, k-12 and higher education, philanthropy, corporate, non-profits, and Hollywood. In addition, many have found this framework effective in their personal lives, supervisory relationships, mentorship, and civic responsibilities.

The Conscious People for Equity™ course will allow you to transform your practice with these practice-based outcomes and gains. Each week, you will open a new module where you will explore conscious leadership for equity™ concepts and have time to directly apply them to your practice. The course works when you apply the concepts and techniques to your lived experience. Be sure to make time to integrate your learning by directly applying it at work, at home, and in your community.
